中文（臺灣）：成功鎮成廣澳的天然港灣，是花東地區早年對外交通和貿易的樞紐，清代時更成為漢人入墾東海岸的重要據點。屏東內埔客籍人士溫泰坤（1861-1947），於日治初期1910年代時在此興建「廣恒發」商號，洋樓式街屋建築堪稱首屈一指。廣恒發商號是東海岸第一家大店舖，批發兼零售。商號的左側，就是溫家宅院。 昭和7年（1932）新港漁港竣工啟用，政經中心隨之轉移。新港漁港逐漸取代了成廣澳港的功能，成廣澳也逐漸沒落。溫家後代陸續往外地發展，子孫也陸續他遷。廣恒發商號與溫家宅院逐漸荒廢，甚至湮沒在荒煙蔓草之間。
