中文（臺灣）：忠孝西路二段9號建築形式為日式1層樓木構造屋瓦，兩坡水洋式屋架，牆體為編竹夾泥牆，保存尚屬完整，西側圍牆以舊石牆組砌，建築形式具特色。 日治時期為鐵道部講習所教室，戰後為鐵道部官舍建築群之一（臺鐵第9公共宿舍），具整體性價值。
