Description

中文：:塔館古井簡介

塔館古井位於文光塔左側，始建於南宋咸淳年間，迄今已七百多年，原為千佛塔堂井，民稱塔館井。相傳塔建成後因西南方地質鬆軟，塔體向西南微傾，為平衡塔之重心，故掘此井。井直徑1.6米，深12米，井壁圓形磚牆結構，井緣為八角形全堅石築成。井泉豐富，清沏甘醇，長年不涸，供附近居民生活食用。據《光緒潮陽縣誌》載，該井譽稱潮陽縣城九龍吐水名井之首，為文光塔系列文物。
