| Description | 1932年“满洲国”建立后，立即设立了“首都警察厅”。因为新京“首都”的地位，首都警察厅是直属于民政部（后来归于治安部）管辖，尽管“满洲国”的主要城市先后陆续都组建了“警察厅”，但无论从规模、机构数量、人员配备等方面，首都警察厅都是“满洲国”最大、最重要和最被重视的一个警察厅。在首都警察厅之下，陆续设立了八个下辖的警察署（相当现在公安分局）和一个消防署。起初在新京共设有六个警察署和一个消防署，分别为中央大街、顺天、长通路、四道街、宽城子、和顺警察署。消防署为长春大街消防署。1941年增加了安民和东荣两个警察署。警察署和消防署下，分别设有派出所和分驻所。这些警察署和消防署到了今天，只有顺天警察署尚存，其余的在不同的年代里，都被拆除了。顺天警察署，位于兴仁大路与同治街交汇处东南角（现解放大路与同志街交汇处，俗称四分局），这是所有新京警察署中，唯一存留至今的建筑。（转载） |
