中文（臺灣）：臺北市長柯文哲19日邀請前任市長黃大洲蒞臨市政會議以「田園城市─屋頂農園介紹」為題進行演講，柯文哲表示，臺北市不應當成為一個水泥城市，室內的溫度太高就會想要開冷氣，事實上是把熱排到外面反而更熱造成熱島效應，最有效的解決方式之一就是讓臺北市透過綠化成為一個水綿散熱的城市，他認為人類太遠離自然，如何讓人類回歸田園也是他的目標之一。
