祥云县重点文物保护单位
王孝达烈士故居
王孝达生于1901年，1920年就读于北京国立政法专门学校。1923年，他与王复生、王德三等人创办《祥云》杂志，宣传革命思想。1924年，王孝达加入社会主义青年团，并积极参与组织了“五卅”反帝运动。1925年，王孝达转为中国共产党党员，并在党领导下到广东开展革命斗争工作。1926年，中共帮助国民党潮梅党部改组，王孝达受组织安排积极参加了发展国民党左派力量，开展统一战线，同国民党右派进行斗争的工作。1927年“四·一二”反革命政变后，王孝达被国民党汕头警备司令部逮捕，于9月5日英勇就义，时年二十六岁。王孝达用自己短暂的生命，在中国革命史上谱写了壮丽的诗篇。
王孝达故居始建于清光绪年间，占地面积约1550平方米。王孝达故居坐西向东为一进两院走马转阁楼，后院为内重檐外单檐小青瓦硬山顶土木结构楼房，前院为单檐小青瓦硬山顶土木结构楼房。王孝达烈士故居是祥云县典型古民居建筑，是王孝达青少年时代生活学习的主要场所。
保护范围：以王孝达故居建筑群外墙滴水为界。
建设控制地带：以保护范围向外延伸10米。
