中文（繁體）：白玉蘿蔔是美濃特有種，原種就是嬌小、皮嫩、多汁，只在美濃土壤成長，每年產季只在11月。 美濃區農會不添加任何化學品，只有太陽與鹽加工曬乾，封存完整一條一條的甜美白玉蘿蔔，細心保存五年以上，才能稱為老菜脯，是熬煮湯底的風味聖品。
