中文（臺灣）：立法院內政委員會主辦《政黨法草案》公聽會，與會學者多針對政黨是否應該有營利事業、調降領取補助金的門檻等關鍵問題提出不同看法。但同時受邀出席的國家政策研究基金會資深顧問黃國鐘發言明顯較不聚焦，講到人頭黨員時還表示「大學校長跟我抱怨，三溫暖的女孩子都是民進黨黨員」，超展開的發言也成為會議另類焦點。
