Description
中文（繁體）：擂茶又名（三生湯），相傳三國時張飛帶兵進攻武陵之際，因故眾將士無力前進，當時有一位老草醫有感軍紀律嚴明，便獻上祖傳的擂茶秘方，以生茶、生薑、生米共同磨成糊狀烹煮後食用，從此擂茶名稱便因而流傳開來。 擂茶為客家人招待貴賓的一種茶點，「擂」即"研磨"之意，以陶製擂缽將茶葉、芝麻、花生等原料研磨成粉，加入熱開水沖泡調勻，再加入玄米〈經過浸泡、蒸煮、曝曬、拌炒而成〉飲用。擂茶能解渴、充飢，亦可當做養生飲料。
