Description
中文（繁體）：最早的美濃水橋建於明治42年（1909）間，是一座木製的引水橋樑。之後由於自然腐朽而於昭和元年(1926)展開改建工程，昭和2年(1927)完工，至今仍充分供應美濃區重要的農田灌溉用水。

美濃水橋橫跨在美濃溪上，前、後兩端銜接獅子頭水圳的分支「下庄水圳」，由日人設計，兼具暗坑引水及陸橋的功用，亦即橋上可通行行人和簡便車輛，橋體則是以暗坑作為引水水道。

水橋兩端的水圳皆在水泥護壁上設置臺階，昔日婦人拾階而下浣洗衣物，小孩也會尋此到水圳戲水，甚至，大部分美濃人的孩提記憶中，都有著順水圳而下，滑水穿越水橋的刺激經驗。可見，美濃水橋除了灌溉功能之外，也成為當地居民生活嬉戲的重要集體記憶，以及舉辦相關紀念活動的重要地點。
