Description
中文（繁體）：日據時代保留至今的白玉小蘿蔔品種，是美濃專屬特產，其中更只有三個村里的土壤特別鬆軟，產出的白玉蘿蔔品質絕佳。每年秋末播下種子，約45天後採收，這期間其實很擔心，因為怕下雨打壞了蘿蔔葉，白玉蘿蔔就長不好，更麻煩的是要對付黃條夜蚤蟲害，在安全用藥的原則下耕種，必須謹守安全採收期，撥種前還要先引水淹田，盡量將蟲害降至最低以減少使用農藥。
