中文（臺灣）：艋舺青山宮主要供奉靈安尊王張滾，乃清咸豐四年〈西元一八五四年〉福建惠安籍漁民，自其故鄉青山廟奉請而來者。廟建於咸豐六年〈西元一八五六年〉，咸豐九年〈一八五九年〉完成，雕樑畫棟，三川殿有一座八角形藻井，工藝精美。今廟則前殿為民國二十七年重修，前殿之石柱與石垛乃採取圓山神社所遺之石材，後殿為民國六十八年重修。
