小麦粉・砂糖・卵というシンプルな材料で作られる素朴な焼菓子 梅の花を模した形に砂糖蜜をかけた飽きのこない懐かしい味です。 発祥は、桐生天満宮の梅紋を模したもので、桐生市の小松屋さんで 作られ始めました。その後、地域の人に愛され、広まりました。 |
