中文（臺灣）：為花蓮糖廠日式木造宿舍建築群中最重要而獨特者，且保存良好，足以瞭解當時營建水準與廠區職員工之生活與組織。前後有寬闊庭院有柳樹與種植花卉，配合優雅寧靜的日式造園、和洋折衷樣式陽台，使人充分感受到不同於一般室內設計的巧思，清潔與寧靜，日式造型園藝，讓建築、居家內增色不少。位置在花蓮縣光復鄉大進村糖廠街8巷10號
