中文（臺灣）：1955年2月8日至11日間，位於浙江台州的大陳列島居民因國共戰爭而撤退到台灣，在基隆港上岸並短暫停留後，即安置在全台12個縣市，建立35處大陳新村供大陳民眾居住。1年後的2月8日，亦即大陳居民撤退來台一周年的日子，各地大陳新村共舉落成典禮。大陳人對於安全撤退到台灣來，生活雖困頓，但對撤退來台一事卻視為是愛國之舉並充滿感恩。在各個大陳新村中，均可見到頌揚政府德政的碑碣。 蘇澳岳明新村即設立兩方「頌德碑」。一方在正面題「惠政仁施」，背面為「頌德碑」，說明撤退來台源由，以及感謝來台後從中央政府、台灣省政府到宜蘭縣政府各首長的關心與協助。另一方在正面題「輔導恩深」，背面亦題「頌德碑」，感謝「大陳來台義胞輔導就業委員會」主任委員嚴家淦、副主任委員祝紹國、秘書長方治與宜蘭分會主任兼宜蘭縣長的甘阿炎。兩方頌德碑立碑時間均是在1956年2月8日。後因招寶宮重建而被拆離原址，現暫置在招寶宮戶外大樓梯下方。 |
