中文（臺灣）：在照片中，可看見有兩門大砲位於照片右側，而在大砲後方，則是昔時花崗山上的表忠碑，是於1920年（大正9年）左右，在花崗山公園建立來來悼念軍警人員。二戰後，此石碑上的文字，由當時的官派縣長張文成先生改寫為〈臺灣革命先烈紀念碑〉，後來因花崗山公園需大興土木，改建體育館與其他用途所需，必須剷除原本的紀念碑，當時的花蓮縣長吳水雲覺得丟棄非常可惜，於是將刻有「臺灣革命先烈紀念碑」的石碑表面清除，移至今美崙國中校園裡，並鑲嵌一塊大理石重新刻字，成為「花蓮縣立美崙國中創校沿革紀念碑」。此影像收錄於2016年（民國105年）由花蓮文史工作者葉柏強先生撰寫、花蓮縣文化局出版的《顧我洄瀾：花蓮歷史影像集》，書中收錄了大量花蓮在地的歷史影像，如老照片、繪葉書、宣傳摺頁、郵戳樣式等，是深入花蓮文史的重要書籍。 |
