中文（臺灣）：此洋樓位於金門金沙鎮名叫陳德幸洋樓建於1926年，因早期日據時代而當時金門被日本佔據，而屋主怕受戰火牽連波及而搬至鼓浪嶼，光復才又搬回，之後因搬到台灣此建築才漸漸凋零。而此洋樓看的出當時不凡的工藝建法，有如皇冠般山牆精雕細琢表示當屋主不凡的社經地位，可惜之後並無維護與，十分相當可惜的古蹟建物。
中文：曾門庭若市，現今卻繁華轉為夢。
