English: This Northern Chinese version of sweet and sour pork was crisper, with only a drizzle of sauce. The name 锅巴肉 Guoba Pork, named after the crusty burnt rice at the bottom of the pot seems a misnomer, but I guess I can see the parallels between the crunchy light batter and the burnt rice.
--- Dinner with Mei, Peter, Molley, HY, Raymond, Julia and Alpha. Molley did the ordering, so all we had to do was sit back, and eat! :) Although I did insist on the Chilli Chicken and Mixed Salad. I do like their salads!
