Description
中文（臺灣）：　　頭城北門福德祠位於頭城老街和平街北端，座東北朝西南，為磚木構造單殿式單開間傳統廟宇。現今廟貌，仍是1916（大正5）年重修後的樣貌。在正殿兩側牆面上，各有一堵該次重修時的寄附碑，茲將碑文摘錄部分於後：

　　「謹將修理北門福德祠所有寄附人姓名泐石以垂久遠　倡首黃炎日　康振德三十六元　康老傳二十五元　康秋圃二十元　林火生二十元　陳定修十元　林仕位十元　林田林俊仝八元　游水信八元　黃阿潭八元　何屋七元　林芳榮六元　陳長順六元　吳裕六元　林添壽六元　黃謝粗皮六元　徐永興五元　林花槌五元　吳紹祈五元　康清江四元　裡新福四元　林纉武四元……」。

　　寄附名錄中較知名者，康清江曾任頭圍林本源租館職員，1916（大正5）年起經營雜貨，1935（昭和10）年被選為頭圍庄第一回民選庄協議會員；林纉武1898（明治31）年曾任頭圍第一區街長，1909（明治42）年任頭圍區長，1913（大正2）年授佩紳章；鄭騰輝為1892（光緒18）年秀才，1897（明治30）年授佩紳章，1903（明治36）年起任職頭圍公學校講書授徒。另有以社團名義寄附者，如慶蘭社。落款時間則是「大正五年丙辰孟夏立」，即1916年。
