中文（臺灣）：呂祖大仙，即一般所稱之「呂洞賓」，原名呂喦，道號純陽子，為道教著名仙者，經常被與其他神明並稱，如八仙、五恩主或五文昌等；也是多種行業之守護神，如理髮、礦業或淘金等，但也具醫神、武神、科考神或財神的特質。 　　大陳島雖無主祀呂祖大仙之廟宇，但轉進來台之後，許多大陳移民聚落廟宇均以呂祖大仙為陪祀神，顯得相當特別。頭城忠孝新村天后宮主神為媽祖，其龍邊神龕奉祀呂祖大仙，其神像乃是居民在大陳撤退時，自下大陳大沙頭娘娘廟揹負來台奉祀，為等身軟身神像，相當罕見。
