Description
中文（臺灣）：　　頭城慶元宮「寰海尊親」匾懸掛於前殿中門上方，為木作橫長形有邊框陽刻金字匾額。匾面漆以黑色，四邊邊框僅漆以朱紅色，未施雕刻。

中行為陽刻字「寰海尊親」，意指普天之下民眾均應尊崇父母或先祖。

　　上款「道光戊申仲秋立　吉日」，下款「噶瑪蘭廳眾信士一同敬献」，「道光戊申仲秋」即1848（道光28）年舊曆8月，由噶瑪蘭廳的媽祖信徒所敬獻。根據《噶瑪蘭廳志》，宜蘭昭應宮在1830（道光10）年時，曾由通判李廷璧額曰「寰海尊親」。由噶瑪蘭廳民眾所共同敬獻的頭城慶元宮「寰海尊親」匾，是否與李廷璧獻匾有關，則仍待深究。
