Description
中文（臺灣）：　　頭城草嶺慶雲宮在前殿虎（右）邊的一處廊道，有一座石作手水鉢與「功施神民」碑一同放置。該手水鉢一側為陰刻字「奉納」二字，另一側則陰刻以「浜田辰熊　井下森之助　小川英雄　李木來　吳金枝　游文河　王阿枝　下川正吉」，可能是此手水鉢之奉納者。至於此手水鉢與「功施神民」碑是否有關，尚待深究。

　　浜田辰熊，或稱濱田辰雄，曾擔任有限責任港澳信用購買販賣組合理事，以及大里簡漁業組合首任組合長。吳金枝、李木來則為大里簡當地之保正，也是1932（昭和7）年草嶺慶雲宮重建的發起人，吳金枝也是有限責任港澳信用購買販賣組合的設立發起人之一。

至於下川正吉，極可能是雕刻此手水鉢的石匠。除此手水鉢外，下川正吉在1936（昭和11）年8月，曾雕刻了目前保存在宜蘭中山公園的宜蘭縣歷史建築「忠靈塔」。
