中文（臺灣）：奉祀當地人俗稱的蔡興公或蔡府元帥。
相傳為清初時，自福建來台對抗海盜的蔡氏三兄弟，在今雲林、虎尾一帶相繼戰死。 老大蔡興戰死於馬公厝（馬光），村民感念蔡興元帥之貢獻，開始於其墓之所在祭祀，漸成香火。約1971年前後，村民再於蔡興墓上建祠供奉，稱之「善德堂」，並於2015年4月重建，同年8月落成，改名「馬光厝蔡興堂元帥公」。 |
