Description
한국어: 청풍 비봉산에서 본 제천시 금성면 성내리 방면은 청풍호에 백제 성열현 강역인 백제 청풍토성이 수몰지역으로 신라 진흥왕이 음악을 잘한다는 말을 듣고 임시 궁전 하림궁에 불러서 연주한 장소로 비정하는 지역이 한눈에 조망된다. 1985년 충주댐 수물전에 청풍강이 흐르면서 세곡을 보관한 장소로 한양으로 수운한 물물교역의 교두보로 인적의 발자취가 끊이지 않았던 포구였었다. 고대로부터 청풍강 유역은 죽령과 계립령 사이에 위치하여 국가의 대동맥이라 할 수 있는 죽령대로가 청풍지역을 경유하는 수륙교통의 요충지로 관방유적이 대거 분포하였다.
