FML

My van today when I was leaving work wouldn't start. It wasn't the battery, it was the freaking starter.

I remembered an old wise tale that if you hammer the starter a few times it'll start. I did that and voila; It stated.

Now I'm here at the mechanic waiting to spend $240 on a new starter. Grrrrrrrrrrrr
