English: Labit building. The building was built in 1908 by the architect Étienne Gogé for Antoine Labit, a wealthy entrepreneur and merchant from Toulouse, at the corner of rue du Languedoc n ° 18. Its eclectic architecture is distinguished by a decor influenced by Art Nouveau. The corner rotunda, in cut stone, is treated in continuous embossing. On the ground floor, the windows have false baluster railings. On the upper floors, the windows have cast iron lambrequins. On the 1st floor, the continuous balcony, with a stone baluster, rests on large consoles. On the 2nd floor, the windows have cast iron railings, while on the 3rd floor, a continuous balcony also has a cast iron railing. The elevation is surmounted by a modillion cornice. The dome which caps the rotunda is covered with slate. It is pierced with windows, surmounted by curvilinear cornices, and false dormers.
