The defendant had been detained in a mental hospital during the trial and filed a lawsuit against the South Korean government seeking compensation worth about 3.4 million US dollars, but is in a state of discontent over the government's refusal and is likely to make a major revelation at the press conference. It is questionable whether the intense investigation into the case is aimed at finding the U.S. president's blackmailer simply or a disguised investigation of other cases conducted by both the Korean and U.S. governments.2020. 3. 20. 2/2 This case is undercover investigation of '2013 South Korea cyberattack.' On 20 March 2013, three South Korean television stations and a bank suffered from frozen computer terminals in a suspected act of cyberwarfare. The accused had a part-time job receiving foreign news in the KBS international news department and quit two months before the incident took place. The investigation was to find a hacker instead of a blackmailer, and the accused was suspected to be the main culprit of the case because he graduated from the Department of Computer Science at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. There must have been pressure from U.S. President Obama, as well as the need for the U.S. government to prove its ability to attack North Korea. Lawyer Park Chul-hyun, who was the first to take the case, forced the suspect to confess and ignored the coercion investigation. And lawyer Kim Yong-min, who defended the case, tried to make the suspect guilty. And not long ago, lawyer Kim Yong Min ran for the National Assembly. While under arrest, the suspect was held in a mental hospital, treated with medication and received unofficial questions about the case from doctors, and the family suffered severely from hateful comments from journalists about the accused and malicious comments over the Internet. It's amazing that all these expressions of disgust and hatred could be directed at an individual. We should reflect on the fact that all these inhumane acts were committed so that we can prevent a recurrence in the future. - If there are any Korean journalists or foreign correspondents interested, please participate. - Press conference on : Thursday, March 12, 2020, 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in Korean time - Location of the press conference: Before the stone tombstone monument at the left side of the front gate of the Supreme Court of South Korea (Google Maps): https://www.google.com/maps/place/37°29'29.2%22N+127°00' 21.5%22E/@37.491434,127.005974,17z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0x0!8m2!3d37.491434!4d127.005974 - Transportation: 1 minute walk straight from Exit 5 of Seocho Station, Seoul Metro Subway Line 2 ※ Make sure to wear a mask to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. ※ Contact me at: supremecourtofsouthkorea@gmail.com ※ For additional announcements after the press conference, please refer to Twitter.: https://twitter.com/apressconferen1 □□□ □□□□ (□ □ □ □ □ □ : 2020.03.12 ~ 2020.03.26) [Urgent- Must Read] Press Release 09_10 pm Wednesday March 11 2020 in US EST- Supreme Court of South Korea ruling on a South Korean man posted threat on White House website.pdf (3MB) □ □ □□ □□□ □□□□□□ [□ □ □ □ ]□ □ □ □ □ □ □ .
