Description-food, meat- BBQ Pork Ribs and potato salad (50078700982).jpg |
On a black porcelain plate decorated with white markings is half a rack of roasted pork ribs with extra bbq sauce on top, next to a pile of potato salad made with a yellowy mustard sauce. This was fantastic. The baking dish is a little black and burnt, I should have reserved some more liquid for the bottom. But the ribs were so soft and the Sweet Baby Ray's hickory and brown sugar BBQ sauce was amazing. Plain old Australian BBQ sauce is going to be a disappointment from now on! |
