Photo by: Jan-Olov Svedlund, SGU Svenska: Det vackraste exemplet på en klapperavlagring med strandvallar finns på södra delen av udden. En serie strandvallar som når ned till nuvarande strand gör den pågående landhöjningen mycket åskådlig. Klappern utgörs av relativt kantiga stenar och små block. I lälägen mellan vallarna är stenarna och blocken beväxta med en gulgrå kartlav vilken bidrar till avlagringens brokiga mönster. I de högre liggande delarna finns flera gravrösen. |
