English: View of the Muller Place Pedestrian Bridge with the wooden staircase along the Valley Stream (LIRR station)-bound platform as seen from the Far Rockaway-bound platform at the Gibson Long Island Rail Road Station on the Far Rockaway Branch in the Gibson section of Valley Stream, New York. This bridge connects two sides of Muller Place, which would run between Cochran Place and Gibson Boulevard if it wasn't bisected by the Far Rockaway Branch and turned into dead end streets on both sides. As you can see, the staircases to the bridge are still made of wood, even though the bridge itself is made of steel. |
