Description U.S. Navy and Royal Thai Navy divers are fitted with MK-21 diving helmets on the Jugsamet Pier next to amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga (LSD 46) May 15, 2010, in Sattahip, Thailand. U.S and Thai divers trained together during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Thailand 2010. CARAT is a series of bilateral exercises held annually in Southeast Asia to strengthen relationships and to enhance force readiness.
