| Description |
English: 1015 returns from Okehampton. A return railtour nr Nymet Tracey in the spring sunshine. This used to be the old Southern Route to Plymouth via Okehampton and Tavistock. It was in fact double track here once until 1972. Now the trees have grown. Stone trains still run from Meldon Quarry to the west of Okehampton. Past Meldon the line has been lifted. |
