Description
English: One of a pair of yard switcher modificated from 101 series EMU (Former car number was KuMoHa100-802). The pair was nicknamed tanpopo, meaning dandelion and was used at JR East's Oi plant (Current name is Tōkyō General Rolling Stock Center).
