Description 104 East 17th Street between Union Square East and Irving Place in the Union Square neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City was built c.1836-37 as a row house in the Greek Revival style, with later alterations in the neo-Renaissance style. It was converted to apartments in the 1930s. It is located within the East 17th Street/Irving Place Historic District, and is the oldest house in the district.
