Summary edit

Description
English: 3-story concrete building at 1101 Airport Way South, near Seattle's international district. It was built for $40,000 in 1920 by the Washington Iron Works as a pattern shop directly across the street from their foundry. After relocating all their operations to 6th Avenue they sold the building in 1947 to George Horluck, who converted it into an ice cream factory. It was later used as car storage for the nearby BMW of Seattle dealership. It is now a dance studio. The original windows in this photograph have since been awkwardly replaced.
