Description
English: 12C3C (12S3S) HF oscillation triode.

Equivalent to the LD1 tube used by the German Luftwaffe in WWII. 12C3C is very low noise triode. Uf = 12,6V; If = 100mA; Ua max. = 300V; Ia = 27mA; S = 3,0mA/U; Uo/Ui = 11; Ug = 1,9V; The glass envelope has been removed. View of the tube base, anode, screen grid, cathode and getter pan.

Manufactured in former Soviet Union, SVETLANA plant, 1985.
