Description
English: A ramp between two handicapped parking spaces in the parking lot of the permit parking lot of the Southeast Metro-North Railroad station along the Harlem Line in the Town of Southeast, Putnam County, New York. These ramps lead to the Grand Central Terminal-bound EMUs, and are also used for temporary bridges placed over the NYC-bound tracks to the Wassaic-bound tracks. This photograph includes an M7A that's terminating on the Southeast-bound tracks across the platform.
