The gratitude runs deep from all, thank you for caring about your First Responders Redding! (Redding, CA) On July 23, 2018, the Carr Fire ignited. Efforts of nearly 1000 USDA Forest Service employees, and wildland firefighters, from initial attack and weeks following, highlight how men and women of cooperating agencies stand strong together. Meanwhile families were evacuated, homes destroyed and even now, as our employees continue to be impacted by the devastating effects of the fire the response continues.
