Description
English: Light beams used by local "Bingo", Alessandria, Italy, December 2018. According Regional Bill number 3, 2018 this is not allowed beyond February 2018. But this energy waste and light pollution is still on, despite the fact that Regional Bill imposes law enforcement responsability to local authority.
Italiano: Fasci di luce rotanti diretti al cielo impiegati dal locale "Bingo" situato in Alessandria. Dicembre 2018. La Legge Regione Piemonte 3/2018 vieta l'impiego di tali impianti luminosi per ragioni pubblicitarie o voluttiarie dal febbraio 2018 ed impone obbligo di sorveglianza alle amministrazioni comunali.
