Deutsch: Dieses 1837 datierte und signierte Ölgemälde des Malers und (späteren) Fotografen Ferdinand Tellgmann mit dem von seinem heutigen Besitzer, der Museumslandschaft Hessen Kassel betiltelten Porträt eines Porzellanmalers gilt als ein typisches Beispiel für den Stil der
biedermeierlichen Porträtmalerei Tellgmanns. Das Bild verdeutlicht sowohl Tellgmanns Naturnähe wie auch die an den Vorbildern der alten Holländer geschulte Koloristik. Das Gemälde in den Maßen 42,3x 36,2 cm des Vorbesitzers (Provenienz) Victor Wichura aus Büchenwerra ging 1954 in den Besitz der Museumslandschaft über.
