Deutsch: Aufruf an die Bürger Frankreichs zur Verteidigung des Landes. Gambetta organisierte in der provisorischen Regierung der nationalen Verteidigung den Volkskrieg gegen die deutschen Belagerer von Paris. Später stand er als Ministerpräsident gegen die Monarchisten.
