English: This photo of an 1893 electric automobile comes from an article in Outing Magazine entitled 'The Growth of the Automobile Industry in America' by David T. Wells. The article says the car was built by Harold Sturges. The caption reads, "The only American-built motor-car on exhibition at the Chicago World's Fair". There are other references (See Anderson, Electric and Hybrid Cars: A History) to this car outside of this article that cite William Morrison as the builder. I don't know which is correct.
