Français : Valenciennes (France - département du Nord) — “Lycée* - Façade principale, côté rue„ ; la porte avec un vantail ouvert en est l'entrée.
À droite, la Bibliothèque de l'ancien Collège des Jésuites, actuelle Médiathèque Simone Veil. À l'extrême gauche, "Les académies" (école des Beaux-Arts (peinture sculpture....),actuel conservatoire de musique.

*Lycée Henri Wallon jusqu'à son déménagement vers 1913-1914, à la suite à l'incendie de 1908 ; l'aile visible sur le cliché a pu être conservée. (construction du nouveau lycée en 1913*)
