Description	English: Eighth and Hamilton Street Looking East about 1905. The McCrorey 5 & 10 is on the North side of Hamilton Street. That building was replaced in the 1930s with a modern structure. The Center Square monument is visible in the background along with the Hotel Allen on the northeast corner of Center Square. Some of the buildings on the north side of Hamilton between the camera and Center Square were used until 2012, until the City of Allentown acquired the entire block and tore them down; being replaced by the One City Center and PPL Arena.
