Summary edit

Description
English: 1909 advertisements:

Packard Electric Co.; was a longtime GM division after its takeover in 1932

Zimmerman Mfg. Co.; made horse buggies, high wheelers, cars and trucks, bought by the Auburn Automobile Co. Charles S. Duryea Power Co.; highwheelers by one of the brothers who produced the first Ideal Switch Co.

Duryea mentions the A.M.C.M.A. show. This was held to counter the A.L.A.M. ban for non-Selden licenced manufacturers from the New York Automobile show at the Madison Square Garden in New York since 1905. The A.M.C.M.A. show was held at the same time at the near 69th Regiment Armory.
