Español: Remate de hipoteca de "Villa Acacia" en Pinto plaza del Cristo n. 2. Pinto es un pueblo a 8 km de Getafe que se encuentra a 10 km al sur de Madrid. La finca, propiedad de Teodoro Sainz Romillo, fue puesta en subasta hipotecaria tras un recurso de Félix de Murga e Íñiguez por una deuda impaga. La propiedad se extiende sobre 8247 m2. de los cuales 113 m2. cubiertos conforman la residencia más los servicios auxiliares que incluyen un estanque, un lavadero, una dependencia. El valor del inmueble se estima en 97.000 pesetas, reducido a 72.750 pesetas en la subasta posterior del 15/11/1911.
