Anklageschrift gegen Jakow Maier, 1935
„MAIER, Jakow Fedorowitsch, [...] besaß 3 Häuser, 3 Pferdeställe, 3 Getreidespeicher, 1 Schmiede, 7 Scheunen, 20 Pferde, 15 Kamele, 12 Kühe, 30 Schafe, 12 Schweine, 1 Dreschmaschine, 1 Mähmaschine, 1 Mähbinder, 150 h Boden [...]; Er hat einen Bruder, der 1922 illegal nach Polen emigriert ist und mit dem er in regelmäßigem Briefkontakt steht. [...] Unter den Arbeitern der Sowchose betrieb er systematisch konterrevolutionär- faschistische Agitation und verübte Sabotage- und Schädlingsakte auf Neubauten der Sowchose. Damit fügte er der sozialistischen Wirtschaft Schaden zu, beging also ein Verbrechen nach dem Paragrafen 58 [...] des Strafgesetzbuchs der RSFSR.“

1929 ist Jakow Fridrichowitsch Maier (1885–1943) Opfer der Entkulakisierung. Sein gesamter Besitz wird konfisziert, ihm wird das Wahlrecht entzogen. 1930 erfolgt die Ausweisung aus seinem Dorf. 1934 wird Maier zu Zwangsarbeit verurteilt. 1935 folgt die Verurteilung zu zehn Jahren Haft wegen angeblicher Spionage und konterrevolutionärer Tätigkeit. 1943 stirbt er im Gulag.
