Resultando que en su tramitacion se han cumplido los requisitos reglamentarios; que la industria de referencia esta incluida en el grupo primero, apartado b) de la clasificacion establecida por la Orden ministerial de 12 de septiembre de 1939; Considerando que no estan instaladas en sus talleres las maquinas de imprimir cuya sustitucion por otra importada solicita; Considerando que al estar parada tendria que solicitar la autorizacion de reanudacion, que ahora estan en suspenso, es necesario que solicite ampliacion de industria con importacion de maquinaria, Esta Delegation de Industria ha resuelto: Denegar la autorizacion solicitada por “Hijos de Emilio Minuesa”, Sociedad limitada, para sustituir maquinaria en su imprenta. Contra esta resolucion cabe al interesado recurso de alzada ante el Illmo. Sr. Director general de Industria, debiendo interponerse en el plazo de quince dias, seguidamente a la publicacion de esta resolucion en el BOLETIN OFICIAL de la provincia.
