Description
English: The Phase I was built from 1947-53. The styling of the car resembled the pre-war Plymouth with a sloping beetle-back.

Available in Saloon, Estate and the Australian Utility. There was an update in 1952; the bonnet came down lower and it got a more open grille and a wider rear window.
