Summary
editDescription1954-10-06 Giro Italia Alfa Romeo 1900 01734 Taramazzo Gerini.jpg |
Luigi Taramazzo (on the right) and Gerino Gerini won the 1954 Automotive Tour of Italy with an Alfa Romeo 1900 s/n AR1900C*01734* – it lasted 27 September to 6 October and had 103 starters and 56 that finished. This looks like a victory celebration picture, so perhaps on the last day? Location: Not sure. NOTE: This race is (obviously) not the bicycle race Giro d'Italia, and was previously held in 1934, and would next be held in 1973, so it was very irregular. WARNING: UNSURE OF WHO IS WHO AND THE ONE ON THE LEFT MAY BE SOMEONE ELSE? |
